Return & Refund
- Where the purchase of the Linovision's products, users can self-signed in the next day within 30 days to enjoy no reason to return service.At the time of return, the user must produce a valid purchase voucher. Users must ensure that the return of goods to maintain the original quality and functionality, the appearance of intact, the goods themselves and accessories trademarks and a variety of logo complete.
- Usually we don't accept returns beyond the return window,and the restocking fees will be charged if we do these returns.

Please make sure your name and/or order # is somewhere on or inside the package; that helps us process it more quickly.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that we do not receive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you are getting an exchange, we'll mail out your new item within a few days.
If the item you purchased arrived damaged or not as described, and you reported the issues to the seller within 7 days of delivery, the seller would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
On a preference-based return, typically the buyer would be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
